Goods can be returned to us, in saleable condition, for a refund for the following reasons:

• If product is faulty.
• If the wrong item has been dispatched.
• If you have ordered the wrong colour or size. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Glorious Bags will be deducted from the refund value.
• If you do not like the product that you ordered. Postage will not be refunded and any additional carrier costs to Glorious Bags will be deducted from the refund value.

Items cannot be exchanged on-line unless purchased within a promotional offer. If you would like a different size or style you must return the original item in the original packaging and then order the new item online, postage cannot be refunded in this instance.

Returning by post

Items purchased online must be returned to our distribution centre within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return goods, please contact us at info@gloriousbags.co.uk to arrange their return.
Please include the returns note in your parcel. Failure to do this will result in a delay processing your refund.
